And i updated woocommerce. PLease always keep theme & plugins at their latest version. Results:

Please clear cache and try again. I think you are still seeing a cached version of yoru site. Without the changes reflecting.

The first widget on the left sidebar is not a compatible WIDGET(plugin) with June Theme. I will try now to make it compatible directly to your website and adding some extra coding.
If you see the second widget on the sidebar works well.

Click with the right mouse button, open Inspect Element
Then, Click the refresh button (on chrome) and continue to click until a dropdown menu is shown, then click: Empty cache and Hard Reload.

Sorry but all the problems are caused by third-party plugin that you have installed, it’s not a functional plugin with premium themes like this. That plugin is not part of WordPress Repository too. I have dis-actived that, and everything works fine.
Please do not active anymore that plugin, use other already registered plugins and Widgets.
