HI , all the time I want install the theme with only zip for wordpress I have error , I changed PHP version , Now I Have PHP 5.3.29 <i></i>
I don’t have lot of active plugins ,only two : WordPress hppinfo and Maintenance Mode. <i></i>
I have all the time answear -> Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in /home/xxx/domains/public_html/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 239
Please let me now what to do ,I don’t have lot of time . With this theme everything is running slowly.

Just as the error message implies, you need more execution time from your server in order to finish file upload.
Please contact your host and ask them to increase the execution time limit enough for you not to get this message anymore.

I can install theme for you, no problem. But you have server issues. Please contact your host and let them know these error messages you are getting.
To edit memory limit yourself, go to file wp-config.php (located in your wordpress installation root files) and add the line above: define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’ );

Can you please recap and explain what are you having difficulties with? I see in both of your sites (original and us version) that the Specular theme is already imported. You have activated another theme.
