I see you have a lot of third party plugins installed. Please deactivate them all and clear cache and refresh page.
There is no issue with the portfolio page. I suspect one of your plugins is conflicting with theme scripts.
Please do this first and let us know how it goes.
Ok, i have deactivated all plugins. I even bought a new plugin directly from WPBakery, but with that the bugs too and its not good for my business if user see the ruined site.
Now it’s been a long time and everybody is blaming someone else.
WPSupport says the problem is with the template.
WP Bakery says the problem lies with the Templae.

When I disable WP Support everything works, but that’s not an option. We need the plugin and have been working with it for a long time. There, the template integration was also disabled.
The presentation errors are still on the template
If the error can not be solved, then I can look for another template. But then I want to return my money for extended support.
Are you saying that the plugin “WP Support” is the culprit? Disabling it makes the issues go away?

If you have any issue with them, we will take care of it making all necessary changes to theme. Other than these, we are not responsible.
We can not offer support on every third party plugin available on the market.
