problem with purchase code – looks registered to another website

  Hi, I initially purchased the theme and installed it in a domain. The theme was uninstalled from that domain, and now I’m trying to install it in a new domain. However, I get the message that the theme is still registered with this code.
  Can you please advise?
  I accessed the old website with ftp and specular is not installed.
