Hello,
I am trying to install the child theme (the parent theme is installed) but an error is displayed: “the parent theme is missing thanks to install the parent theme”.
I downloaded the theme child since my purchase on “theme forest”, the CSS file is that of the parent theme and the PHP file and photo.
Thank you for telling me how to proceed
Regards,
Emmanuel

Hello,
Sorry i don’t understand what PHP and photo are you referring to. However, just make sure the parent theme folder name is the same as referred to the child theme. Basically the parent theme must have the ‘picante’ name.
Please check and let us know.Best regards!

Hello,
Child theme does not have any problem. I can assure you. Please add some wp credentials in your profile data. I tried using the last credentials but they are no longer valid.
Best regards!

Hello,
Sorry but with the above credentials i can’t login.
Anyway take a look to this article:
Download here the child theme of the picante: https://we.tl/t-beebgMmhuv and upload it to wp-content/themes/ after unzip the folder.
Keep in mind that the original theme need to be uploaded before.
Let us know.

Hello,
I edited the child theme style file and uploaded it in your server. It’s present in WordPress dashboard > Themes. You can continue activating it.
The only change i made is the name of the template from where child theme takes all functionalities. I renamed it from ‘picante‘ to ‘picante1‘, to match your parent theme name.
Please check and let us know.
Best regards!

Hello,
That’s just the Codeless Builder plugin being deactivated. It happens when you switch themes. Some plugins are deactivated by default. Just go to Plugins and activate them again.
Let me know.
