I have a problem with the WPBakery plugin and June. I purchased the license myself and updated it to 5.4.7
Now most of the page is completely empty. Only the header can be seen – partly wrong and no footer. Underneath everything is empty.
In the backend are the data, in front it does not even have the admin bar.
I have uninstalled it, put your plugin zip file on it again without update and it is all visible again.
As soon as the update is made, everything is empty in the frontend.
All plugins are up to date. The rights in WPBakery are correct. All plugins have been disabled to see if it’s another one. But even then it does not work. On a test instance, June was reinstalled and only WPBakery was loaded. Even then it does not work. The server often writes “call to undefined function”.
The latest version of WP Bakery plugin tested with theme, is the included version. Please use this version as it is completely functional and compatible with theme.
We will test the new version of Visual Composer and include it in the next theme update.
I am having the same issues. All settings are correct and even hired a developer to have my theme installed and I still can’t edit WP Bakery from the frontend. I am getting a Beaver Editor on the front end as a default. Also the Parallax feature doesnt work on iPhone mobile, iPad or my desktop.

We have included the WP Bakery plugin and incorporated it with theme files. This means it’s customized to fit theme style and settings. That is why some of the original plugin options are not included. because it’s customized.
Theme’s default and main builder is Codeless Builder. We strongly recommend to use it in order to get the full potential of theme.
If you want to use the WP Bakery Page Builder, at least stick to the included version because as said, it’s customized to be compatible with theme.
Which elements do you want to use that are not present in the included VC plugin? We can help you modify the files in order to access them as well.
Please keep in mind that we do not support third party plugins!
