Hi there, just purchased and installed the theme in a newly-installed wordpress instance. Trouble is I can neither manually install or use the automated wizard to install 3 of the required plugins.
Specifically the ‘Customize Posts’, ‘Krimi’, and ‘Meta Box’ plugins all return a generic ‘API error’. The wizard just hangs at around 15% on the plugins category.
The Database server has a version of 5.5.61 but the web server itself has a version 5.3.28. Is this the cause of my issue or could there be another problem?
Could it be possible for me or my web host to upgrade the PHP version of my web server? So far I have not been able to reach my web host support at all.

Hello,
Yes, as i see the problem was caused by your hosting account.
We give support only for theme bugs and for the included plugins in it.
Anyway these time we can make a exception, but the problem is that isn’t possible to do the update of the PHP version with ftp creds you have sent to us.
The only solution is to contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the php to version 7.1.
Did you have any Cpanel for this hosting?
Let us know.
Regards!

Hi again,
Thanks for your reply!
My hosting provider has said they will update my PHP version to 7. (Hopefully 7.1)
The control panel is called „parallels confixx“.
I assume I will have to reinstall wordpress again once the PHP has been updated. Hopefully then Folie and its required components can install as per normal with the Wizard installer. I’m excited.
If I need any further assistance I will try to use the the forum and knowledgebase as my troubles don’t stem from any bug in your code. I know you must get questions from new users about installation all the time.
Consider my problem solved and thanks again.
