Problems with checkout page

  Hello,
  
  We are experiencing problems with the checkout page on our site using the folie theme.
  
  The problems are communicated in the screenshots we are providing however it should also be noted that we have been back and forth with plugin developers and wordpress support and thus it seems apparent that it could be a theme issue and maybe even just something as simple as a CSS issue.
  
  From what we can tell is that everyone is playing the blame game about this issue so we are now at the point where we want to rule out it being an issue with the theme (as others have inferred).

  Also, I have went ahead and password protected the product with the password: test

  I think the problem is the address. Please can you give the address you are using for made the checkout. I have tried an Rome address but i get the message :
  There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

  Ok, sorry, yes the address you need to input needs to be in the U.S. for the shipping methods to appear and then you can start to diagnose the problem.

  As i see you are using third party plugins like this: WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping
  
  We think your issue caused by them. I see from the browser logo you have a problem with the api of Ship Station : 403 forbiden public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data.
  
  These cause the issue with shipping select. Please try to use theme native functionalities.

  We believe you are definitely wrong. We have troubleshooted with the weight based shipping plugin and have turned it off and began using the default woocommerce shipping options and it is still unable to be changed (also note that the options are switchable on mobile). Further, we have disabled shipstation as well and it did not change the outcome. Going even further though, we have only enabled woocommerce and switched themes and the outcome is still the same. Would you think this is a problem with woocommerce?

  Inspect the Network tab on browser i have found the error above.
  
  There are 2 possibilities that cause this issue:
  
  1. Server side issue (means your server give 403 forbidden when the clients try to reach this link wc-ajax=update_order_review)
  
  2. Cache or other plugin that create this issue and generate the 403 error.
