Hello, on my website, the arrows don’t work for changing the product image.
also, the first image is always bigger than the others.
Can someone please help me with this?

Hello,
The first image is of 555x688px dimensions. While the rest are of 1280x853px. As a result, when they get resized the result is different. I suggest you import images of the same size for all products. So the sroping with also be of the same aspect ratio.

Please update parent theme. The latest version is 1.7.2.
There are two ways to update the theme. Manually: replace old them files with the new theme files. Automatically: use a plugin like Envato Market to make the update process for you. It’s just one click and you are done.
We suggest keeping a copy of the theme files if you have made any changes directly to them. Also make a backup of theme settings, by exporting all theme settings from Settings > Export menu. Then after an update, if anything has changed, you can import these settings again to your site.
Please check the documentation for more.
*After theme update (manual or automatic with Envato Market) all theme plugins get deactivated. Just go to Plugins menu and activate them again. Update any plugin that has a message that shows it has a new version available. It’s very important to have plugins updated along with the theme. Or issues may arise.

Hello,
From a ftp account, go to wp-content/plugins folder and rename Kirki plugin. You will then be able to access the wp dashboard. From there, you will see a message in the screen, asking you to install the required plugins (Kirki). Follow the steps as instructed to install it again (you will be installing the updated version of the plugin).
