Probability you are using a grouped product, or you have missed to set the price for that variation:

Please follow these steps:
1. Open the product page on WordPress backend
2. Go to the Product Data Section, be sure to select Variable Product
3. Open the variations tab, for each variation you can open more options by clicking the arrow on the right.
4. Now for each of your variations you can add custom price

Please, find this line on css/codeless-woocommerce.css:

.single-product .woocommerce-variation.single_variation

remove the display:none!important line

we are ok now :)
