As a temporary work around I did put in the CSS code you designed to remove Project Details from my website for now because it looks dumb having Project Details with no details on the front end. Obviously, this is temporary solution, and I am aware that if I remove this CSS code I will get my non-working Project Details back!

-Can you be more specific? Did you use any css code to remove the Project Details, and now you want to display them back? If so, just remove the code added to remove them in first place.
Did you make any changes to theme files? Did you installed any new third party plugin lately? When did this started to happen?
Please update theme files first, with a freshly downloaded copy. (Make sure to have saved a backup if you have made any direct changes). If the issue persists after theme update, send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check this up.
I see said the blind man! Sorry, I was under the impression once the three fields were added in Portfolio Config their text boxes would automatically be there in Custom Fields, but they must be added manually. That is where I was confused.
