I just purchased another copy of specular but I am still marked as expired. Please help. I have spent all day trying to install demo data for parallax demo. It hangs on 45%, it hangs on 65%. It goes to 200% It tells me all the data was imported but nothing is. My login details are in my profile. I have spent hours on the phone with hostgator with no luck. I have edited the wp-config file. Nothing works. Please help.
Please do not open more than one ticket per issue. We reply to topics according to their arrival time, the oldest first. So keep posting on the same problem will only increase response time and overload support unneccesarly.
