I purchased specular from codeless last year and I have only used it on one domain. I recently did something on my hosting console and downloaded wordpress again. I then had to start everything again on wordpress with the same domain. The part where I enter the purchase code is where I get stuck. It says the code has already been used on another domain but the domain is actually the same.
