I have been trying to do this for a while now, and also could not find anything in the forums. I can’t figure out how to display a list of recent portfolio entries (or all of them) on a page, a sidebar (widget) or at all actually.
Our portfolio entries do not have images, they are a list of events with text. Currently I have to append new items manually at 2-3 places on the website which is prone to errors and there has to be some way to do this by a recent portfolio shortcode of some sort?
There is the “Recent Portfolio” element in Visual Composer with which you can show your portfolio items. Screenshot: https://ibb.co/xJV6X0T
The options available in the element are the only way to customize the element. If you want to show portfolio in a different layout that is not present in this element, then i suggest you try some third party plugin to help you with that.
