Cant work with visual composer

  I would like support, since the visual composer (wpbakery) is not working, and i can’t work with the theme. I asked for support in a previous ticket, two days ago, but i haven’t a response yet. Thanks in advanced,

  We have installed wp with theme in a folder inside our main website, for demonstration purposes before launch. We manage to change some things in the code that appear inside visual composer, but can’t work and change at our needs many things. Also, the codeless builder appear to be broken also. I have uptaded profile with credentials.

  I have found the issue that is caused by the wrong path in the db. You have created this WordPress by cloning some other one.
  
  Now you after i changed the WordPress > Settings > WordPress Website Url from http to https and now you can access that customizer but the problem is that now the customizer access : https://magnetikminds.pt instead of the current website.
  
  You can create a new db but first you have to expert pages, widgets and menus before create a blank db.
