  Do I have to register the purchase of the theme somewhere in order to have access to the Pro versions of the plugins? For example, to have the pro version of Elementor.

  Hi,
  No Need to register anything, Elementor basic version is free and it is already built with theme.
  
  If you want to have a Elementor Pro Version, you need to buy its licesene.
