  Please share you haven’t made any significant changes:
  – Any Plug-in you have Updated or Customized?
  – Any New Plug-in you have added or Removed?
  – Have you Update / downgraded WordPress Core?
  – Do you manage the backup regularly, if so restore from last good state and let me know.
