Remake Demo Import Causing Critical Error

  Hello,
  
  I purchased the remake theme.
  I installed and activated the theme ok. However, when I upload the demo data the website stops working and everything goes black
  It also shows as a critical error on the website when I go into to certain pages.
  
  If there is an easy fix then please let me know if not I would like a refund.
