I’m trying to use this plugin Nav Menu Roles but I believe there is a conflict with Mega Menus as the options to choose roles is not displaying in the menus area. I tried looking in “screen options” but don’t see the option to enable it. How do I remove mega menus so that this plugin will work?

Sorry, but the mega menu its not compatible with this plugin, that’s why it conflicts.
We do not offer support for third party plugins.

I’m more looking to remove mega menu all together. I don’t need it. Once that’s removed, then the third-party plugin will work. I need to be able to hide menu items from users until they’re logged in.
The mega menu is a wordpress feature. To make a menu item act like a mega menu column, you go to Appearance > Menus and check the check box at the menu items options.
According to your latest reply: That box was not checked on any of the menu pages. I deactivated the theme and the plugin works. So that’s why I’m assuming it’s a mega menu issue.\
You say that the mega menu is not active, so it can not be the cause of the conflict. If it was, just by having a normal menu, the plugin would work.
I suggest you to find an alternative plugin that does the job and it’s compatible with this theme.
