Remove Search and Sidebar Menu from Main Menu

  There is a Search button and a Sidebar menu button located on the right of the main menu.
  
  How do I edit/remove these?

  One step closer… I found out where to remove the Search button, but still can’t figure out the sidebar menu item though.

  Found the menu item location:
  
  SPECULAR SETTINGS > LAYOUT > <span style=”font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; background-color: #fcfcfc;”>Extra Side Navigation</span>
