Remove upper right corner icon

  Is there anyway to remove the upper right corner icon (on the right of ‘Contact’ tab)? Currently there is nothing in it when we click it. Please see the website below.

  Hello,
  
  It’s extra side navigation, there you can put widgets.
  You can disable it at Specular -> Layout.
