Hi, on my homepage, I have 2, 2-column sections with images. However, the images disappear when the homepage is viewed on a mobile device.
( Page link: https://ourfightingspirit.com )
The images are set to show in the Elementor responsive panel.
How can I include the images on mobile devices?
Thank you!

Hi,
It’s becuse the images are set with absolute position and fixed width, that’s why it causing issue on the mobile devices. Remove the absolute position of the image to see it in action on mobile devices. You can change the image position property from
Edit the page with elementor > Edit image > Navigate to Advanced tab > Positioning > PositionOR
you can adjust the image using the elementor responsive modes
Thanks,

Hi, thank you for your quick response!
When I change the positioning from absolute to fixed or default the image shrinks. positioning width from custom to any other setting the image disappears.
The Elementor responsive setting is already set to show in all devices.
Is there something I am missing?
Thank you!

Hi,
As I mentioned above, the issue is due to image position and custom width. About Elementor responsive means you can edit the image using the Elementor “Tablet” and “Phone” screen size. Here’s the reference article on how to use Elementor responsive editing:

I watched the video and followed the instructions. Some of the options they suggest using are not available in my Elementor editor.
Also when I choose any of the mobile views, the page goes crazy and is all jumbled up. The page does not appear this way on live mobile devices.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please check and let me know. I’ve created the same page but with a different name(Responsive Page). Here’s the link to the pageIf this solve’s your problem, simply copy the content and paste it to your Homepage or set the page as your Homepage.
Thanks,

Looks great, but when viewed in both mobile views everything is overlapping. When I try to adjust padding it does not allow for proper spacing.

Hi,
Can you share the screen resolution (width x height) you’re using? Thanks,
-
I’m not sure I understand your question.
I’m testing the mobile views using; my iPhone, iPad, customizer, the inspector on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. I also use various responsive testing sites. I get the jumbled view with all of these methods.
I have not changed screen resolutions in WP admin.
Are you referring to the monitor resolution I use? It’s 2560 x 1440.
Thank you!

Hi,
We’ve checked your site on multiple devices i.e IOS, Android, etc. and we’re getting the same result on each device. Your site displaying pretty fine on our end. The video above attached was its proof. It could be the browser/device cache issue. We recommend you, check your site on another device and browser for testing purposes.
Thanks,
-
You are correct.
When you first created the responsive page test, I copied the entire page and pasted it into the home page. The home and your responsive page were still jumbling up.
I don’t know if something changed in the last 4 days, but I just checked your responsive page again. Everything fell into place properly. I have now pasted the responsive page into the home page and all is well.
Thank you for all your help!
