Responsive Layout not working on mobile with hostname forwarding

  Hi there, I have a staging & production site setup (GOdaddy hosting)
  
  My staging site is https://0d4.bd8.myftpupload.com/
  
  Production site is https://382.e9d.myftpupload.com/
  
  Hostname is with register365.ie (corribviewsafety.ie)
  
  I have a redirect with register365 pointing to the production site 382.e9d….
  
  Mobile responsive version is working if i enter either the staging or production address in the browser bar.
  
  If I enter the actual hostname (corribviewsafety.ie) then mobile responsive version is not working the desktop version of site is appearing on mobile devices.
  
  Any help/suggestions much appreciated.

  Sorry for the late reply.
  The domain specific version loads in an iframe. The iframe is the issue. Go to your control panel or call your host provider and change it to IPS Forwarding.
  It points the domain at IP address.
