Responsive Menu Doesn't Open - Tower - Codeless Support Center

  Hi Azam. A client is having issues with their site. Neither the responsive menu nor the search feature (both in the header) opens/works when selected. I have setup the site on a staging server away from public view:
  
  Home
  
  I tried updating the theme, also rolling back the php but no success. The Theme is Tower 2.8 and PHP 7.4. The only thing I can think is that it is now running the latest version of wordpress and this may have caused an issue, but again I’m not sure at all.
  
  Please help and let me know if you need anything from me. I will include logins and FTP in a private comment to follow

  Hi,
  It seems you’re using an old version of the Codeless Tower theme. Please update your theme to the latest version. Hopefully, It’ll solve your issues.
  
  P.S: Take your site backup before updating your theme as a precaution.

  I already tried this Azam and it didn’t work for me, maybe something I did wrong? This is the backup version of the site on a subdomain and I have a copy. Would you be able to update the theme for me. I always have so many issues and it still didn’t resolve the problems. Thanks.

  Hi,
  On my end, your site is working fine. Testimonials and search functionality look pretty. It might be due to cache, hard refresh your site, clear your browser cache and check again.
