Responsive problem with About Us page

  Responsive is on and the custom css code that i have used is this
  
  .wpb_content_element.button.buttons_two a:nth-child(2) {
  background: #B10F14;
  color: white;
  border-color: transparent;
  }
  
  .wpb_content_element.button.buttons_two a:first-child {
  margin-right: 15px;
  background: #B10F14;
  color: white;
  border-color: transparent;
  }
  
  if i remove the css style it does not solve my responsive issue.

  I have installed the theme on another subdomain and the issue is active also on the imported page
