Please do not edit out the shortcodes directly. They are auto generated using the option panel and by editing them like this some error may occur. Instead always use the Codeless Builder.
You can add new menus using the customizer. Go to Restorant Menu > Add New (screenshot) to add new menus.

The menu order is not based on how you select them, however, it is based on the date published. In case of ordering them, you can change their published date.
