I bought vibrance theme because I thought it would be easier and quicker to start from the demo data but it has so many problems, slider data not existing, require demo data in support instead of add it to package, errors when editing elementor pages, force to install many plugins when not needed, main menu not showing… I’m kind of upset and I would like to start from empty theme, is it possible to have money back?
