The plugins that come with the theme are not able to be activated. At first I thought it was only Revolution Slider, but it appears that WP Bakery and LayerSlider are not working as well.
I followed instructions to try delete WP Bakery and then reinstall it, but I cannot delete the plugin to reinstall it. What do I do?
Are you perhaps using a child theme? Because if it is so, you need to switch to parent theme for any plugin install/update. Also check that you have installed theme in the proper way. If the url is different from the one requested while calling plugins installation folders, the install process will have issues.
