Hello,
I copied the Revolution Slider “About” and named the second one “NSL”, which should look exactly the same. However, the copy (NSL slider) displays only half of the image. I have no idea why that is the case.
You can see the “About” Slider in action here:

https://mws.gmbh/leistungen/notruf-und-service-leitstelle/What’s the problem? I really appreciate your help.
Thanks

The screenshots you sent me are from the coming soon page, not the actual pages I am building in the back. Do you need login credentials?

Hello,
It was the custom css added in the page’s Custom css box. It was not working the same for this other page. I commented it out and added anew code. Please check you page now.
PS: You have a very old theme version and WP Bakery plugin. This can cause incompatibility issues over time. It is strongly recommended that you keep theme and it’s included plugins up to date.
Best regards!

Okay perfect. Now I understand… I have to adjust the slider number in the custom css box.
Thank you!
As for the old theme version, how do I update it without losing my work?
-
Hello,
There are two ways to update theme. Manually: replace old them files with the new theme files. Automatically: use a plugin like Envato Market to make the update process for you. It’s just one click and you are done.
We suggest keeping a copy of theme files if you have made any changes directly to them. Also make a backup of theme settings, by exporting all theme settings from Settings > Export menu. Then after an update, if anything has changed, you can import these settings again to your site.
Please check the documentation for more.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Hello,
I’m not sure why, but two of the most important required plugins were not present at all. I installed Codeless Framework and Redux Framework. I activated them and now the Specular menu is showing.
I also set up homepage in Specular > General Options > Select Frontpage. Now you select the page you want as blog and save changes.
Please add the screenshots here. Use this online sharing platform to upload and share your screenshots with us: https://imgbb.com/

Hello,
Please download this file: https://jmp.sh/5ueY6ad
Unzip it and the folder created, add it in your
\wp-content\themes\specular\includes\dummy_data\backups folder. From here, go to wordpress dashboard > Specular > Import/Export(Dummy data), scroll down to Backups. In the list of available backups, you should see the newly added backup. Import this one.Let me know how it goes.

Hello,
You can actually customize it using custom CSS. Just add the
!important
to the attribute, so it takes precedence from the default CSS. I added this block in the homepage’s custom CSS box:.vc_custom_heading.wpb_content_element h2 { font-weight: 200 !important; } .block_title.column_title h2.h1 { text-transform: uppercase; letter-spacing: 1px; font-weight: 200 !important; }
For the custom heading (screenshot) and the block titles you want.
Let me know if it’s ok.
Best regards!

I added this css:
.list ul { float: left; }
It’s ok now. Please check your site.
