revolution sliders not found

  I am trying to place a revolution slider in home page.
  
  I created two sample slides in revolution, then I go to homepage and in general settings\slider options I choose among the available slides the Revolution slide,but I got “no elements found” as if there are non sldiers created.
  
  The only way to put a slide is by inserting the shortcode but the result isn’t nice
  
  Is there something I wrong?

  One more info: the same is happening with layer slider, also choosing layer slider in slider setting no slider is found, even if I created one

  As you will see the only plugin installed at the moment is “duplicate post” but I installed it just today, after the problem of sliders not found.

  More info: in plugin page I see both revolution slider and Layaer sliders not activated for premium, but it’s not clear to me if they are already licensed inside the theme.

  Please can you give me your ftp credentials in a private reply? I was trying to update revslider, but it does’t allow me to install it from dashboard. I will install it from ftp.
  Or just delete the folder ‘revslider’ at wp-content/plugins/’ so I can install new new version.

  Ok I deletaed revslider, you can install the new version.
  
  As Layer slider is giving me the same problem let me know if we can delete also this plugin and install again

  I installed the new slider version but the issue persists. We have tested it on our local site and it works fine. Please update the theme and let us know.
  The latest theme version is 1.9.

  I installed the whole site again on another server and it’ts ok,
  
  maybe there was some problem with hosting.
