      My site (www.redtrunkmedia.com) is showing this error:

      Fatal error: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/base-admin.class.php:71 Stack trace: #0 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/revslider-admin.class.php(552): RevSliderBaseAdmin::addMetaBox(‘Revolution Slid…’, ”, Array, NULL) #1 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/revslider-admin.class.php(73): RevSliderAdmin->addSliderMetaBox() #2 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/revslider-admin.class.php(44): RevSliderAdmin->init() #3 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider.php(165): RevSliderAdmin->__construct(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #4 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-settings.php(303): include_once(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #5 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-config.php(95): require_once(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #6 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-load.php(37): require_once(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #7 /home2/wacdig in /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/base-admin.class.php on line 71

      What steps do I need to take to fix this error?

      Hello,

      Please update theme to it’s latest version 2.2. Then update all it’s included plugins so their latest version will be installed too.
      Read the documentation section for more guidance: https://codeless.co/tower/documentation/main.html#update_theme

      Let us know.

      Best regards!

      I followed these instructions and updated the theme. It fixed how my site is looking to the public. However I am still not able to login to my site to update the plugins. When I try to login, I can get to the WordPress login page to enter my information, but when I try to login I am getting this error page:

      <br style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’; font-size: medium;” /><b style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’; font-size: medium;”>Fatal error</b><span style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’; font-size: medium;”>: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/base-admin.class.php:71 Stack trace: #0 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/revslider-admin.class.php(552): RevSliderBaseAdmin::addMetaBox(‘Revolution Slid…’, ”, Array, NULL) #1 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/revslider-admin.class.php(73): RevSliderAdmin->addSliderMetaBox() #2 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/revslider-admin.class.php(44): RevSliderAdmin->init() #3 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider.php(165): RevSliderAdmin->__construct(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #4 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-settings.php(303): include_once(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #5 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-config.php(95): require_once(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #6 /home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-load.php(37): require_once(‘/home2/wacdig0a…’) #7 /home2/wacdig in </span><b style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’; font-size: medium;”>/home2/wacdig0abi4i/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/base-admin.class.php</b><span style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’; font-size: medium;”> on line </span><b style=”color: #000000; font-family: ‘Times New Roman’; font-size: medium;”>71</b>

      Hello,

      Please go to your wp-content/plugins folder in the server and rename or delete Revolution slider folder. You can use a ftp account to access it. Try to login into your wordpress dashboard then.
      Or fill in the wp login information and ftp on the extra information fields of your profile data. So we can check this out.

      Read this article for more information.

      Best regards!
