Safari header – padding incorrect

  Using the theme Specular, v3.2.7; Codeless Framwork 1.0.2, WordPress 5.3.2
  
  The padding/margin on this theme is incorrect ONLY on the Safari Browser.
  
  The padding between the logo/menu section and top header is too small, causing the section overlap the top header. I search for the CSS, but could not overwrite.
