The Second level navigation in going behind the revolution slider and is not showing on the site, what can I do to fix it. I’m using the Specular theme.

Sorry for the delay.
This is very strange. I tried replicating the same situation on my side but there is no issue with Revolution slider and the sub-menus. I have forwarded this case to theme developers. We will make the necessary tests and include a fix in the next theme update.
For the time being, please use another of the available sliders. Such as Layerslider, Codeless slider, Flexslider..etc.
