  Theme itself is SEO optimized. We use “All In One SEO” plugin, but the “Yoast” plugin is fine too. Use whichever is best for you.

  its optimized by default ? because i cant find the plugin, should i install it and it makes all alone?
  
  I would like to change things like
  
  <meta name=”description” content”informations about my page in specific” >
  
  but i cant find the option for every page in special.

  The plugins mentioned are not pre-installed (or included) in theme. You have to install them yourself and of course configure them.
  
  Seo optimized, that means that a theme can be SEO friendly by the simplicity of the theme. Other considerations include the time it takes for pages to load, responsiveness, modern and friendly code, breadcrumbs as well as the layout and structure.
