I am not able to add a line break with html to the description in a service box.
When using the visual editor to edit the description for a service box, it ends up showing the text visible within a <p> tag. (<p>mytext</p>)
When editing in “text” mode, it does not and shows the text correctly readable. However, you can not add line breaks (neither <br> or “enter”) in text mode, as these do not get interpreted as HTML tag and it just adds the text “<br>” or nothing if pressing enter as line break.
It looks like the description does not get added as html safe and therefore I am not able to add HTML tags by myself.

Hi,
Sir you need to create a new service box from widgets rather then using the imported one with the demo because there is a possibilty that it is not gets imported properly which is causing the problem.
So, try to make a new one and if the problem still remains share your WP-info so we can look deeply into it.

Hi,
this does not fix it. I used a new “service box one” from widgets, manually entered my text in the visual editor and it is still displayed within a <p> tag.

Hi,
It is considered a best practice to avoid any 3rd party untrusted plugins as much as possible.
