“set_time_limit() disabled” warning appears everywhere

  Hello, the moment I installed the Remake theme a warning appears at the top of every page (including frontend). The warning is the following:
  
  Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /usr/home/minimovfx.com/web/wp-content/themes/remake/functions.php on line 2811
  
  How can I solve this issue? Thanks!
