  You can install a demo at a time, choose the demo you want and import it. Then you can change the options as you want.
  You can switch any time to another demo, just go again at import/export demo and select another one. Keep in mind that the content will be duplicated when you import another demo, other pages, posts, etc will be downloaded and the option with be overwritten.
  
  I can help you setup a demo. Which do you want. Install it first then let me know if you are having trouble with the options.

  I see you have imported more than one demo, since you have duplicated pages. To speed up your site, i suggest you to delete the excessive pages. In your main menu as well. You can now assign the pages you want to display in menu. Then edit these pages with your content and images. You can use Visual Composer to add/edit/remove elements in pages.

  Yeah I seem to have managed to get it set up but I still am not sure how to remove the pages . they don’t show in the pages section in wordpress nor can I edit them in the visual composer

  I was able to create a new menu (home_menu) and set it as main menu. What issue are you experiencing? Screenshot. I changed it back to the menu you were using.

  Sorry for not getting back to you earlier but I was trying to figure things out myself
  Can you tell me how I can :
  1-Make the menu at the top instead of the side
  2-Have the homepage only have a sideshow .. I want a look very similar to the full width portfolio

  1-To change the menu style, please go to Header Options > Header Styles, select simple style (or any other style you want) here.
  2-To create the presentation home page, please follow the steps described below:
  -Create a new page;
  -Disable page header in General Settings > Page Header Options > Active Page Header;
  -Choose one of the Codeless sliders(or any other slider), and set it’s height to 100% (screenshot)
  -Add this code into the page’s custom css box:
  #content { display: none;}

  I still have two more questions .. how can I deactivate the drop down menu at the top and how can I change the color fo the text at the top menu

  Can you please be more specific? I don’t see any drop down menu in your site. Send me a screenshot of it so i can understand you better.
  To change the color of the menu, please go to Header Options > Menu Options > Menu Item Typography, change the font color here.

  Is there a way to tell a page’s content to use the full width in a responsive way ? right now the default appearance of posts in the portfolio section are not full width

  Can you please be more specific? The theme is fully responsive. You can use full width layout and still have it responsive.
  To set the content full width, go to Portfolio Options > Portfolio Layout and select Fullwidth.

  Everything seems to be sort of working the way I want it I still need to figure out where the White space is coming from AT THE TOP .. I have removed all the menus , headers , etc but it still shows up in the following pages : https://alaehatoum.com/index.php/sample-work/ and alaehatoum.com

  -For the white bar, please go to General Options > Header Options > Default Page Header > Page Header Height, set it to 0.
  Or add this code into your customc ss box (General Options > Custom Css Box):
  
  header#header .row-fluid .span12, .header_wrapper { height: 0 !important; }
  
  -Please go to your Settigns > Permalinks. I assume you have set up permalinks to be “Custom Structure”. Check here if you have any “index.php” before other tags. Remove it and save.

Thank you for your last reply it worked great but now the bar is at the bottom of this page https://alaehatoum.com/sample-work/ … Is there a way to remove the bar all together … set the background to a certain image and center the content .. at the moment I am doing this in the visual composer by setting the row to full width and setting the image there

  I actually wanted the slider not to be at full screen but instead to have some padding and have a background image for my entire row .. adding this image in the row settings in visual composer leaves a white line at the bottom of the whole page .. Is there a way to do that ?

  Is there anyway I could get faster support .. I realize you might have tons of customers who need your help but I need your help too and the fact that everything I ask needs at least 24 hours to get answered is infuriating … I managed to set a background image but I just simple want a background image .. no scrolling no nothing ..
  
  One page has taken me over a week to setup and although I appreciate all your best effort it shouldn’t be taking this long specially since there are tons of themes out there who can do the same job this theme does with much more simplified controls
  
  Please give my site a few hours of your time to get it set up pr if you can’t help me refund my money because I was under the impression that I would but the theme and support will help me setup my website anyway I want so far I had to hack everything to the point where I am barely using the theme because it is so hard to customize or get the look I want …. I really hope I can get everything up and running today because this is starting to affect my work and my business otherwise if you can’t help me I would like a refund
