Setup Wizard – Import Menus Failing

  The setup wizard installs everything except when it gets to menus at the end, it gives me an error. Help?
  
  The big issue is that when trying to customize a page (headers etc), I will try to click on the “Customize Page & Options” and it just loads and loads and loads but doesn’t let me make changes.
  
  Checking system status, everything is ok.
