Several problems

  Hello,
  
  I have several problems with template. Can you help please:
  
  There is wrong path displayed in breadcrumb regarding portfolio items. Url structure is for example https://bakestruhlarstvi.cz/sluzby/kuchyne/ where “sluzby” is slug for portfolio. But in breadcrumb the slug is not shown.
  
  I cannot translate template english text to czech. If I edit template file (for example “/wp-content/themes/tower/includes/view/page_header.php”) manually , text dissapears from frontend. If I install Loco translate plugin, it is not able to load your template (It is strange, this is the first time I am experiencing this). I tried to translate breadcrumb “You are here: ” text and “Home” breadcrumb title.
  
  Third thing is there are some positioning problems when resizing browser window. Two different plugins are affected with this – “Master Slider” and “Logo Carousel Slider”. Way to reproduce: Open website homepage on 24″ monitor, then move browser window to larger monitor, maximalize the window, then take it back to 24″ monitor. Master slider is not displayed whole, part is missing. Logo Carousel Slider is enlarged enormously. I suspect that it has something to do with side main menu.
  
  Can you please look at it as soon as possible?

  1. Checked the slug on portfolio items and it shows. Let me know if I have missed something or you have fixed it already.
  
  2. Fixed. Created a new language based on tower.pot, not codeless.pot. I have tested with a text: “Edit Test”, it works :)
  
  3. I just checked it and looks great. I am on MacBook, I just tried some tests and looks good. Probably it’s something wrong with the slider JS initialization. This is a bit difficult to debug. Can you please share with me an image of what happens?

  Let me explain more further: you have maximized window on 24″ LCD. You grab the window and maximize it on second 32″ LCD. First problem is that master slider has not full width of page body (minus left main menu) https://imgur.com/2nJwMIN Second problem is if I move the window back to 24″ LCD, part of master slider is missing, please following screenshots: correct behavior incorrect behavior. Third problem is with Logo carousel slider, when I resize the window (even only on single LCD, not moving it to another) slider is extremely zoomed.   1. Breadcrumb is not for slugs. Please create a structure of Pages/Posts/Portfolio using the Parent Page/Post Option when editing one page/post. You can create a Parent Portfolio and after making that page a parent page for other pages and so on.

  3. I will recheck this but it’s a bit difficult because I see that they are custom plugins not built-in with the theme the carousel on homepage or master slider. Let me re-check them.

  1. There is no function in wordpress to set parent page/ post/ portfolio item. I can only set parent category of some category. I tried to assing one of my portfolio items to category “Naše služby”. Naše služby has slug “sluzby” same as my slug in portfolio config, but no successfull result. I say that the 1) url, 2) breadcrumb and 3) way I navigate through the web (main menu > sluzby> portfolio item) should be the same. Can you please do it properly? Way it is now is confusing and definitelly not right.

  On line 235 change this:
  
  ‘hierarchical’ => false,
  
  from false to true

  In that case there would be no use to portfolio taxonomy and I will not rewrite all my content from portfolio taxonomy to posts/pages. Portfolio page type is also very bad looking so this is not the way. I have just disabled the breadcrumb because I have not time to argue with you about how it should be and how is it.

  Ok, please let me know as soon as it will be fixed. Please note that this is template issue because it is affecting multiple plugins from multiple developers. These plugins works fine on different templates.
  
  Multiple new issues on mobile devices. I have Chrome on iOS and following happens: Before page is loaded, there is menu displayed as open, then it blinks and then the page is displayed with menu correctly collapsed. There should be only white background with loader icon until the page is loaded, same as on desktop.
  
  Part of menu logo is not displayed on mobile devices
  
  Opening menu with swipe from left to right – I don’t know if this is a bug or feature, but it is not very good as iPhone thinks I want to return to previous page. Hamburger menu will do it just fine. How can I disable this “swipe to open menu” thing please?
  
  When I am on homepage, I can swipe whole content to left and I can swipe to right that way that half of content is displayed. Content comes back to place when I end the swipe. https://imgur.com/g9qj3jm

  Website launch is sheduled to next Wednesday, can you please look at these bugs as soon as possible? I thought that for the price I payed I get fully working product. I am a little disappointed.

  1. If you need a custom slug to be shown on breadcrumbs I can make it it’s not a problem
  
  3. Please check the slider now it looks ok. I am trying to find the carousel but I can’t. Did you remove it?

  Not fixed, I am able to swipe the page almost away from screen to any direction and there is some weird right margin, I think it has something to do with portfolio items because it happens only on homepage and “naše služby” pages. way to reproduce: https://youtu.be/n9ECtWDGwFY

  I think after “Naše služby” page is fixed, there will be no other problem and I can publish the page.
