Shipping costs doesn't show in cart

  Now when I look at my cart the shipping cost doesn’t show. It does when I go to the checkout page.
  
  It used to be there and I can’t figure out what I have done to remove it since I haven’t changed anything about the cart.
  
  In the setting for the cart and shipping I have chosen that the shipping should be shown.
  
  Can you please help me?

  Please try to make this two adjustments:
  
  Go to the General tab in Woocommerce Settings.
  
  Set the shop base address to be the Default Customer Location
  
  If you only have a flat rate and your shop’s base address is under it, that’s the one that will be displayed by default.
  
  Also :
  
  On Woocommerce -> Settings-> Shipping and make sure that you check the boxes
  
  Enable shipping
  Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page
  Save setting and Configure shipping rates as well, hope it will help.

  All of this is already checked. So I don’t understand how it can suddenly be gone on the cart page.
  
  In the cart it has the text “forsendelse” which means “shipping”. So it has the text ready in the cart but it doesn’t show the shipping cost.

  I have checked anything seems impossible. Please try to disable the other plugins and retry again. I also recommend you to use original theme instead.

  I have tried to deactive the theme and all plugins and activated everything again.
  
  It didn’t help.
  
  Please help me fix this.

  Please provide us an administrator account that we can access the theme files with Editor or ftp account. We need to debug these issue.

  I can see the difference, but this wasn’t how it was earlier.
  
  I don’t want it to be that the customer can “estimate” the shipping. We only sell to Denmark so the shipping price is the same for all customers.
  
  Before it was suddenly gone it was exactly how it is in the checkout page. That the customer can chose between free pickup and shipping. There are two options.
