  To edit the shop page you have to edit the linked page: Shop Page Top Content. Edit the page with the Codeless Builder.

  1-Add this css in Custom Css box, in order to hide the pagination and sorting bar:
  
  .cl-woocommerce-results-title, .woocommerce .woocommerce-result-count { display: none; }

  PS:Not an inconvenience at all. Just please open new ticket for new questions. This ticket is already assigned as resolved since it’s initial issue has been resolved. It’s better for the support search.
