I have change my shop page to have filter and now its not showing all my products. Also some of the filter dont work overthought the products are publish and in stock.
You have very old versions of both theme and Codeless Builder plugin. Please update them first. There has been very important changes since your current version. The latest versions are Folie vs1.2.4 and Codeless Builder vs1.2.5. Just update theme first. Then delete the current builder plugins. Install again the included in theme, from the message in the dashboard.
Let us know if you still have any issue after this.
Sorry but this option (filters) is not available for the carousel style. I can suggest it o the developers as a feature to add in later version of theme, but i can not promise it will be added.
