Hello,
I have an issue for which I can’t find the solution.
I have created a shop page using codeless builder and included the shop elements
I like this page but the products are not sorted how I manually sorted them in the products backoffice. I like the categories filter on top though. How can I fix this sorting issue?
Because I couldn’t find a solution for that, I’ve tried to use the default shop page.
On that page, the sorting is OK but there are no categories filter as on my custome shop page (see picture above).
So I ‘ve tried to add the YITH Ajax Filters preset. I’ve added it in the Woocommerce sidebar but the problem is that the sidebar doesn’t appear on the shop page:What is the solution for my issue please?
Thank you.

Hi,
YITH Ajax Filters preset is now working on the shop page. Please check and advise,
Thanks, -
I would like to use my own preset (“categories” created in YITH product filter) but it doesn’t appear on the page, only default preset works.
Also, is possible to put those filters on top?
And on mobile it appears on the bottom of the page, which is not useful at all. I need the filter on top.Thank you.

Hi,
– Like to use own preset
Can you please explain a little bit more about which categories you wanna display because product categories are already displaying and in my view post categories doesn’t helpful to you. So what you exactly wanna say. Can you please, send us a screenshot or a video it could be helpful for us.– Put filters on top
By default, filters are designed to display on the bottom. Displaying filters on top of the mobile screen leads to deep customization and we don’t recommend it. It might cause a break in the flow of functionalities. Please advise

Hi,
Now, your own preset (“categories” created in the YITH product filter) is visible on the sidebar. This problem was occurring because you didn’t choose items to display under Categories. Please check and advise,
Thanks, -
Thank you. That’s better but I need them to be displayed in the order I’ve defined. Like this:

Hi,
The categories are displayed in alphabetical order. In the premium version of the YITH AJAX Product Filter, you can change the order of categories. Thanks,
