Can I ask how long does it take to get a support from theme?

I already answered you in other topics of yours, that i can not access the dashboard.
This is the message i get: Not Found
The requested URL /wp-admin was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request..
In your video i see that at first the cart is empty. Then you select a product, with quantity 1. Add it to the cart. Later when checking the cart you have a product on it, quantity 1 and 3.5gr as chosen.
What does not work here?Ps: We are doing our best to answer your questions asap. Support time:

Hi Mihaila,
My apology, Im migrating the content of my current site right now from my test domain. Hoping it could fix the problem.
In my video, the cart is empty and when I tried to select and add a product, the product doesnt add in the small cart icon.
Like in this video
Hope it make sense.
