I am getting extremely strange errors on my cart page.
Here’s what I see in Safari: I added 2 items earlier in the day. Starting from the homepage, the top right cart amount says $0. If I go to my cart, the 2 items from earlier are still there and I cannot remove them—when I try to click X on one the products, the shopping cart page goes into edit mode?
Here’s what I see when in Chrome (Incognito): I added a different product, the correct amount is seen in the top right corner of the site and in the cart preview. I can remove the item from the cart preview, but when I click view cart – the same 2 items are in the cart and the new item is not – but the cart amount in the top right corner is still correct. When I click X here, I get a strange error screen.

I also tried using my phone (Safari). I added a new item and the 2 items were not in my cart, everything seemed to be correct – but when I clicked X to remove the new item I got the same error message I got in <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Chrome!</span>
I have tried everything – multiple browsers, emptied browser caches, flushed the WordPress caches, I deleted the two items from entirely – and they STILL remain in my cart. How do you explain this? It must be fixed immediately.

Hello Rob,
First i recommend you to update the theme to the latest version 1.6.4. Anyway i think the problem is caused by some plugin you have installed. Please try to disable and third party plugin that aren’t included with the theme. Disable them one by one to identify which of them cause the issue.

I have deactivated the plugins not in your list. I have flushed the cache within my managed WordPress tab and within Safari. The issue still persists. Now what?

Ah, I checked keep private and my message is blue like yours…so you must have done the same so I never got notified? Sending this as non private to make sure you see this…need these issues resolved ASAP.

I am checking in on this…it needs to be resolved right away. I created this ticket over a month ago and my client needs the site up and functioning properly ASAP.

Please can you check it now. I have updated the WooCommerce plugin and now i think is ok.
The problem is caused by the incompatibility WooCommerce version and Goodaddy.
I recommend you also to remove the Goodady cache that can cause you further errors.
