Theme Name – Converta.
I tried emailing you guys multiple times but haven’t heard any response yet. However, everytime I am working to build my site, the site crahses after 24 hours or so. I also tried changing the hosting server and did everything possible.
My purchase code is still not used. I want refund of this theme ASAP. It’s top frustrating now.

I have installed the theme again, the moment I start designing my pages and uploading images or something, and sometimes it’s just crashing. However, I can’t waste my energy and time in this theme, please issue the refund ASAP.

Sorry, I am almost in the process of changing to the new theme now. So recording the screen or something like that is not possible now. I have been reaching out to guys for so long but have never received a response over email.

We tried changing the servers and even contacted the support team of the hosting company; they also mentioned that there were some buggy files in the theme that caused the website to crash.
Anyways, I haven’t used the purchase code and so it’s unused anyway. Please issue the refund for the purchase.

I’ve mentioned several times that I don’t have any screenshots or videos available NOW because I changed the theme on my website. Therefore, it’s impossible for me to provide them.
Despite sending a support message earlier, I haven’t received any response from your end.
Consequently, I’ve purchased another theme and built my website using it without waiting any longer.
Moreover, I haven’t even used the purchase code. If I had used it, I would understand the circumstances. However, since it remains unused, I fail to see why issuing a refund is problematic. It’s frustrating to encounter such a lack of support service.
When purchasing the theme, numerous promises were made, yet when it comes to resolving issues, you’re unwilling to issue a refund. How and why is this the case?

While submitting the details, it’s saying me that “Specified purchase already has a refund request open.”
Could you please check on your end, looks like you guys already have my request open.

How do I do that since when I am submitting my details, it’s already saying that the refund request is already open?
Either cancel the previous request and then I can submit the new form?
Also, why can’t you guys answer properly? Why are you always giving half-information everytime. Is this called custom support? It’s quite frustrating now.

I have checked my operation team cant see your refund request and If i go back you were not able to find refund form. Sorry, Please double check on your end.

Azam, there is no way for me to cancel the request and there is no way either to generate a new one.
You mentioned that you’re going to forward the information, I was assuming you got everything you had.
Can you please please take a look into this.
