Hi, my whole site just stopped working. The navigation does not work. Dropdowns do not show up.
I updated the theme and then lost everything. Still the navigation does not work, so even if I recreate the site, I cannot use it, because there is no functional menu.
I went into my account and searched for a place to extend the support. I found it and clicked on it. It simply opens the same page in another window, so now I cannot even extend the support period in order to fix a problem that is extremely urgent. I have tried several times and it just keeps opening the same page.
Please can you send me a link to extend my support that works.

Hi Sarah, we will try to make all the needed things that we can do to fix your website. But, sometimes it’s not our responsibility if you add custom codes or something else that can be lost when updating a theme.
We will check your website and try our best to fix it without needing to extend support.
In the future, you need an extra support license. All we can do now is making your website works.
Hi I understand that you should not have to fix my website if I have added custom codes or 3rd party plugins that have created the problems. I am happy to extend support for these issues. But thank you for mending my site due to updating the theme.
Hi, the Dropdown menus do not show. The sliders no longer display and the gallery does not display.

Please google how to make screen shot on PC you can do it using PRINT SCREEN button and Save that image in any photo editor and upload using imgurl.com
Once you upload an image there, they will give you unique url, copy/paste that url over here.
