Dropdown menu works great on all pages except the front page because of the Slider Revolution.

What php version are you running in your server? This is a php related issue. If you have php 7.0 the slider will not conflict with sub-menu.

Do i have to setup the PHP version on cPanel manually for every folder in wordpress? because i set it up as 7.1 for the Public folder but now i notice that every subfolder is running 5.4
Please contact your host. The same php version needs to be run for all files.
