Slider Revolution does not activate with my Purchase Code

  I’m trying to activate my Slider Revolution theme and the Purchase code doesn’t work.

  Please note Slider Revolution is pre-activated and dont need to activate seperately.
  
  Yes, As soon as Updated version is available, we will provide you copy of that plug-ins

  In my version it is unfortunately not previously activated. He won’t let me use features like templates.
  
  Could you help me more effectively?

  Its not possible, We always use updated and latest (Our extended Licesense) copy.
  
  Please tell me via Screen Shot which feature is missing.
