Hello, I am using folie and cannot remember which default template I started with. I set a row id with an anchor link and I cannot get smooth scrolling to work on the anchor links. I also tried adding the js code in the additional code section but still does not seem to be working. Is there a setting or something I am missing?
Please go to your customizer > General > Site Options > Smooth scroll, make sure it’s set ON. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/9ht6k0zmn/

Thanks for the info. I set the smooth scrolling to ON and the problem still persists. you can view the site at http://www.simplywebdesign.ca the button/anchor in questions is the “Read More” at the bottom of the main header. Thanks for the quick response. If you need to take a closer look let me know.
Sorry, i just checked with the developers to be sure, and the smooth scroll is a feature only for menu items that link in a section of the page in the case of a One Page feature. Not for normal buttons pointing to a certain section of the page.
We have already added this in our to-do list for future updates, but for now it is not possible.
